Wholesale Information

Thank you for your interest in The Paper Fern Studio! We accept wholesale orders from licensed retailers in the United States, with a focus on local Pacific Northwest boutiques featuring native flora and fauna motifs. If that describes your shop, we'd love for you to have us!

WHOLESALE POLICIES

MINIMUM ORDERING QUANTITIES

For initial orders, the minimum ordering quantity is $150

For return buyers, minimum ordering quantity is $100

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For initial/first-time orders, payment is due two weeks after invoice is received. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the order. All major credit cards are accepted. Invoices are issued through Square or PayPal.

Options of Net 30 (Square) or Net 60 (PayPal) payments are available for reorders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the initial order payment or reorder form has been received, order will ship within 2-3 weeks. This is, however, dependent on order volume and inventory levels. We will contact you immediately if we need to adjust this processing time.

Individual greeting cards, giclee prints, mini notecard and postcard sets are packaged in a sealed, clear cellophane sleeve unless otherwise specified. Greeting card sets are packaged in kraft paper window boxes unless otherwise specified. 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice when the order is ready to ship. Shipping is generally USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.

Local delivery is available within ten miles of 98290. If you would like to choose this option, please make note of this in your order form and fill out the local delivery request form. We will notify you when the order is ready, and deliver the items at the soonest specified day/time after.

At this point, shipping is only available in the United States. Drop shipping is not available.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Only damaged items may be returned. Please contact us within five days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We  will honor cancellations or changes within 24 hours of receiving the order.

CONSIGNMENT AND CUSTOMIZATION

Consignment is available to request for a limited number of certain handmade items: 

Holiday Ornaments (x 10 maximum) | List price: $30 each

Paper Botanical Necklaces (x 5 maximum) | List price: $60 each

The Paper Fern Studio is not currently taking commissions.
